About Alloy 625
Alloy 625 (equivalent to Inconel® 625) filler metal is an alloy consisting of Nickel, Chrome, Molybdenum and Niobium used both for its particularly high strength and outstanding aqueous corrosion resistance.

Uses
Alloy 625 is used in the marine industry for bonding seals, the chemical processing industry for nuclear water reactors and in the aerospace industry for afterburners and aircraft ducting systems. Alloy 625 is also used for welding Nickel based alloys and stainless steels to themselves and one another to enable use in high temperature, aqueous and solution exposed environments.
